Notes

Long and slow. I was supposed to do a 6:18/mi for 2 min every 5 mins. I just wanted to get through the run as my legs were just a little tired. I just kept a relaxed pace and clicked off the 10 miles without much effort. It was average temp when the wind was not blowing but when it did it was a really warm wind. I'm going to the Wildwood, NJ today with Jess.
