Pretty good run with Maksym and James. Pleasantly surprised. IT band started to get unhappy at the very end of the run, last minute or so as we were entering the parking lot. That also happens to be a steep downgrade. I still felt like I am deadlegging a bit on the right but in general this was a lot better than yesterday. I did lots of reps of pidgeon flow this morning, which probably has something to do with it feeling better.
