Easy run around Greenbelt a bit and then to the lake. Right hip felt like it wasn't working right, and then after 20 minutes so I started to feel some adductor and IT band tightness. It got really bad by 40 minutes, so before my hill sprints I stretched my adductors thoroughly and tried to stretch the outside of the hip too but I wasn't getting a stretch so I figured that wasn't a problem. Did hill sprints, which felt great, and then ran home. Tightened up again on the way home.
