3 x 8 seconds hill sprints

Instead of a walk-back recovery I spent a couple of minutes stretching my adductors after each sprint. These actually felt very good. I was a step or two slower than I normally am but between wearing the slow shoes and the shape I'm not in right now, I think that's OK. The only time my stride felt normal today was in the hill sprints.
