Easy run with James. Very tired. After yesterday's Carson appointment I put a lot of thought into knees coming up and landing under the center of mass. Probably the wrong shoes for thinking about that. Anyway I felt pretty good for 30 minutes or so and then when I got tired my back-of-knee started to act up again. I cut it early mostly in an effort to get ahead of the fatigue that I've built up over the last few days.
