COMMENTS: Did a pace run this morning. 1 mile warm, then 400 (200 recovery), 800 (400 recovery), 1200 (400 recovery), 800 (400 recovery), 400, then cool-down. Recovery jogs sometimes ran a little long. 5 miles total. Best interval was the first one, under 8 minute pace! Most intervals were in the 8:10-8:40 range. It was great!! I hadn't been excited to do this and had to drag myself out the door, but once I did the first interval it was exhilarating. I like speedwork!
