COMMENTS: Chilly morning! Didn't mean to run fast, but was happy to see I was chugging along at a pretty good clip. Trying to even out my breathing to see if that reduces the stress to my right side. Right leg was aching when I was finished, though. Especiallly shin, top of foot, knee. I'm debating on whether to ease up this week or forge ahead with my plan. Supposed to do speedwork tomorrow - not sure if I should. I'll see how my leg feels. It's okay right now.
