COMMENTS: Nice long run on the usual Canal/Village/Canal route. Passed Gillette for .4 miles and back to make it 9 miles and it worked out exactly. Had a banana with pb and a small cup of coffee before the run. Had some Hammer Gel on Mile 6. Felt strong! Right leg was bothering me a bit from hip to little toe, also including Achilles tendon. Both hips were sore afterward but I only noticed it when I stretched them out. Right one is worse, of course. Pace was pretty brisk most of the way - often around 10:30. I think the walks brought it up to the 11:00 overall pace. Awesome run! :-)
