Plan: long run w/ 1/4 mile tempo pace every mile

actual: 1mile warmup = 8 x alt .3mile tempo(.7 mile easy recovery) w/ .2 mile tempo (.8 mile easy recovery) + 1 mile cooldown......very tough, no bounce or lightness in legs....could still fell the weight lift session yesterday even though the session felt good....but this seals it for me that I should never do weights before long run......also dew pt was very high at 75 which left me pretty beat the end......I think I need to cut back on the speed play long runs in the hot/humid summer...maybe only in cooler weather...this would be similar to my best years of running 1976-1980.
