Notes

Rec Center pool.

100m x 9 with times between 1:45-1:52 taking 65-75 second recovery breaks. Still trying to figure out my breathing to make myself more efficient. Serious breakdown in form after around 50m at this time.

50m x 4 trying to stay as close to 45 seconds as possible. Held all between 43-48 seconds. 45-60 sec recoveries.

200m x 1 at easy swim/crawl/survival mode just making sure to keep moving.

Put the running belt on and ran 100m in the deep end. All I could do. Great workout.
