Notes

TM run at HealthPoint. Warm-up of 2.25 miles in 19 min on track. Stretch then TM at 1.5 % grade 5 miles starting at 6:35/mile and kicking pace approx 8 sec/mile = 5 miles in 31:30 and 6.2 miles in 40:00. Cool down mile = 8:40 then stretching/chins x 2. Felt pretty good considering on a TM.
