Notes

15 min TEMPO ride easy prior to resistance training on hanging bar and core strengthening exercises. Can feel effects of yesterday's effort. Good 15 min stretching bout after today's activities. Think I got food poisoning from convenience store food yesterday afternoon. GI system has been in distress for last 24+ hours. Hopefully will straighten out before tomorrow afternoon.
