4.35 total warmup with 3.92 mile start at 32:53 then three striders/jogging for another .43 miles.

Cooldown of 4.21 miles in 31:01 with splits of 7:44/7:36/6:44/7:22. Faster cooldown than usual to work "push" on back end. Basically just pushed the third mile then cruised to finish. Nice overall turnover to end the session.

Quality workout and needed to back off long-run intensity slightly this week. Race day is rapidly approaching.
