Took Brandon to the pool for some trial pool running with the aquajogger. He did 20 min easy then 3 x 50 m laps. He is a worse swimmer than I was when I started but that is ok.... makes up for it on the xc course and track.
Workout:::
100m x 5 with 15-20 sec recoveries
1600m x 1
50m x 1 @ 42sec
100m x 3@ 1:32-1:35
Pool felt good today and able to swim a solid mile for core of workout. Legs feel like they are recovered from HM effort although I know microscopically they need a few more days. Will wait until Wed to do any faster work and begin my 4 week plan at that time.
