warmup with CBEM co-founder as we are here to represent our cause. He is doing the 5k and I am subjecting myself to another half marathon. I usually talk myself into doing one about every 2 years then swear I wont do another.... but I always end up doing another one... I guess that means I just like to race.
Run easy along the first 3/4 mile of both the HM/5K course then back to the Osage Center lot and work on our usual drills/pre-race striders. I am starting at 7:00 and the 5Kers are going at 7:15.
2.50 miles total warmup and I do not think you could draw up a better day to race. 51 degrees with a 2-3 mph wind. Almost unbelievable.
