Hard run yesterday. Slept in until 6:00 today then commercial mowing for 6.5 hours.
Home for some easy miles and weather acclimation. Finishing up on the final heavy volume week prior to taper down 2 weeks before the 2 miler.
Some locals rolled at the Maclind Mile today. Coach Hahn goes 5:11 at age 55, I believe.
Carol Winter blisters the course with a low 6 min time. Both are State records and already listed.... Cool.
One lone dime today while mowing.... There must be a blue moon this weekend sucking all the loose change into a crevice.
