Notes

2nd run of the week. Kept it all flat terrain on city streets. Started with light drill set and stretching for.

Splits: 7:50/7:07 then decided to stretch it out for next 1.5 miles: 6:08/2:59

.70 mile cooldown in 5:16 (7:30) for 4.21 total in 29:21. Felt good and no pain. Flushed the soreness from yesterday's pool run out by the end of the first mile.

Performed approx 11.5 on the cross-training activities for the week.

Note: About the only good thing re: this week's training is I did break the 900 mile mark for 2011.
