Notes

Aquatic Center workout. Elliot was nice enough to show and give me some quick pointers. Basically, I can swim but technique is pretty much shit... not his words, mine. Anyway, he gave me some good advice/tips and I began to work on them.

600m in 100m intervals then changed to pool running gear. 17 min of pool running (approx 275m) then finished with 2 additional 100m intervals. Cut recovery of majority of intervals to 45 seconds today while working on modifying swimming stroke.

Good workout and looking forward to watching some friends kick some butt on the Jackson 5K race on Independence Day.
