Notes

Into the gym post-run and go immediately into my pre-practice routine working on maintaining very strict movements. Finish those then do some resistance cuff lateral stepping then use the green CLX band for the squats/jump-squats/core Vs and woodchoppers x 2 sets. Absolutely brutal and has to help out.

Over to the gym equipment for 6x rope pull-downs then work through the monkey bar apparatus a few times for some body weight work.

Head into the pool for the last part of the workout.
