NEW PR!!!!!! I crushed my old PR by almost 3 minutes!!!! The Garmin definately helped tremendously. I could look down and immediately tell if I needed to speed up or slow down (not that I had to do that much!!!).
Felt great, felt like I pushed myself 95+%. I don't know how much more I had left or if I could have gone faster.
All in all, it was a great run!
