Notes

My knee started getting tight again after 9 miles. However, after getting tight, I stopped stretching at the mile markers and started just walking at them. I was able to go another 6 miles before I called it a day. Also, this ties for the longest run.

We decided to stop stretching at mile markers next week and start walking. Also, this is what we will do during the race at aid stations.
