Notes

Our first "rolling water break" run and it was pretty cool. My knee and leg felt fine. Also, we found our breaks to be much shorter when we saw our average time get slower and slower.

By the way, if our pace was 9:08/mi, that means when we were running, it was much faster!

10 miles and I was tired the next day, but pain-free!
