Long run the day after the Lake Winnie relay. Ran with Goose, Moose, Robert, Dave and Reno. Ran along the lake along the course and went up the big hill, 20% gradient, it was a real killer. At the top of the hill, Goose, Robert and I continued on to complete the loop, the others went back. I was trailing most of the way and Robert was usually well ahead and had to double back a few times. Felt better toward the end.
