A very hot day and by the time my leg came up the sun was at its peak and no shade along the course.
Ran alone since the 2 teams ahead were well ahead and the 4th place team were way behind. Had a lot of support along the course from the cars and Robert on the bike. Nice hill between mile 6 and 8 followed by a nice downhill at the end. Crossed the road thinking the exchange was on the right at the school, but Kevin was waiting on the left for the handoff.
