Run with Goose, Joe O, Moose and Rory. Didn't want to repeat the long run we did the day after. Went to the top of the steep hill then took a right rather than go down. Moose and Rory turned back early. The last 2 miles, Joe and Goose surged, my achilles were too sore to even think of going with them.
