A little tougher than I would have predicted for an easy 12, but not a bad run. Legs didn't feel quite as strong as during the week's earlier 16 and 14 milers, but I certainly didn't feel any serious discomfort. Probably just a little accumulated fatigue, plus a little lack of sleep. I will need to take it easy on the 19 miler -- hold the pace to 8:30's and focus on solely the endurance aspect of the workout. Sunday will be 30 straight days without an off day!
