Definitely a exhausting run this morning. I was adding on a relaxing 4 miles before morning run and lost track of time, I realized I was close to a mile away and had to close 5 min mile to make it on time. Unfortunately I hit 5:35 for mile 4 and was late by seconds. Second part of the run was to just maintain my effort and HR, after mile 6 we were cruising 6:30s which isn't bad but I had already was feeling fatigued. Was able to finish nicely and add on another 2 miles which im logging separately because it was more of a cool down than a progression run.
