Thoughts throughout workout: miles 1-3: legs feel pretty good, pace is progressing, face is a little cold. 4-5: ok this is hurting a little bit, breathing is getting heavy, my spit is getting in my face, 6-7: legs are tieing up, need to finish this tempo, dont know how much longer can hold in this digested food, need to use mobile bathroom asap, I hope the boys aren't waiting too long for me at the gas station. my first impression of Med modaff is be ready to move once you get past modaff/75th light, I learned the hard way in being dropped, HARD.
