Note to self: quit eating junk late at night because it comes back to haunt you during next morning's run. I did my zig-zag route again but I had to bail on it as I hat to run home to take care of business. Then I went out and ran another zig-zag on the other side with a lollipop at the end in a new neighborhood to finish off my recovery run.
