I didn't think I could run this slow while on vacation and on new and exciting routes but after yesterday's monster run I had absolutely no problem keeping it slow and easy. And with this run my 12 week marathon training has begun. I'm grateful that Pfitzinger gave me a recovery day but I'm sure I'll hate the guy 6-8 weeks in.
