Felt nice and powerful today. Focused on my stride efficiency and my knee drive. Despite being a steadfast "nickel and dimer", I enjoy the shorter and quicker workouts because they let me get on my toes. People do not always expect me to be able to go as fast as I am able to. Another day closer to the meet at MSU on Saturday. Heat sheets came out today and I am in the fastest heat which will be running in the afternoon. I like that, not only because it poises me to run fast with good competition, but also because my body definitely prefers to race in the afternoon/night.
