Notes
Supposed to be pace work today, but decided early to listen to my body and just make this an easy long (earlier dumbastics and African hot down here). Hills and heat made this tough, but what a run! Today's route brought me down emmitsburg pike, over to Barlows Knowl and then cemetery ridge and the peach orchard. The orchard hill almost killed me at 11.5. Highlights of the run:
- sunrise over cemetery ridge
- running with the deer, until they decided to jump right over a 5 foot fence. Wow!
