Slow pace and focused on cadence. Kinda tired, but soaked in the views:

- tons of rabbits

- ran right next to a huge buck with new antlers. Just stood there and blew at me as I past.

- many bird sightings and songs: Carolina wren, wood thrush, cardinal, bluebird, goldfinch

Great trail and had fun despite being beat up and roasting again... hot as hell down here

I had a Carolina Wren in the yard last week.

If I had a dog I would name it Carolina.

I like looking at the maps in the satellite option...seeing the trail has wooded areas and open fields...ponds and whatever. Yes I do dissect the Hell out of such entities. Thank you. Looks like a neat place.

Place is awesome. They had a trail race today, but I had a date with my favorite place in the world. Geeked out at Antetiam battlefield today. That park is incredible!
