Nice run with Andy O. Felt great to be back in the saddle and no tightness (love my new tires). Went out a bit faster than I should, but couldn't help it. Ice and pills tonight for prevention, but let's hope this is step one.
Nice work. Gotta be careful running with Andy, he'll always go as fast as you let him heh.

Yeah, he was gracious today - but still pushed me a bit. With this PF thing, I was pretty careful tho. Still have some for tomorrow night :>)

Felt good all day, can still drive with no pain - got a bit tight on tonight's run (wonder if the cold botthers it), but not as bad as it was. Thanks for asking. Will be smart in prep for your run sunday...
