long run in the pool...
Good discipline here, Fro. Maybe we should schedule a group run in the pool. Feeling any better? When do you plan to resume training?

killed me to miss a long run and swim for that long - but worth it. Ran today with no tightness. Icing and pills tonight on my diet none the less.... Up for a lunch run this week?
