Thank you sir, may I have another. Fun run until I got close to the magic tree, then saw the fang..... dog fangs that is. Almost got bit yet again (friggin thing ran next to me and charged me twice). Runners beware - second drive on the right before you get to the magic tree. Needless to say, the second half of this run was on adrenaline - hence the increased pace - yikes! Had enough of dogs!!!

A few years back...I used to carry "muzzel" ... Dog pepper spray because I was getting charged and sometimes bitten on every run i went on in my neighborhood. I sprayed 5 different dogs in a five mile radius only once within 6 months. It's a mess for the owner and sends the correct message to the dog. If you wanted to protect yourself....

If you feel it's a pain to carry...which it could be i suppose, take comfort in knowing that life will take care of loose dogs in the form of a vehicle or a lawsuit...eventually.
