Started out running with Speedboat and AC - Speedboat let us continue on after our warm up and AC dropped off at the fairgrounds. I kept going, but decided early to keep to my plan and drop the idea of 20 as it wasn't smart with this week's efforts.
This workout was a grind from the start - had a real hard time finding my pace again and just didn't get comfy. By mile 14, my legs were toast, feeling the effects of my week - no way in hell I would have gotten in 20. I pushed through it and was real pumped to see the Y....
All in all, happy that I finished this and survived the brutal week. Was a stunning day and happy to be on the road doing what I love, but not exactly leaving this workout confident. Next....
