Notes
Ran the roads around the Y, but most of this was with Cuch on the RR trail. I piggie-backed onto the last 7 of her 40+ mile journey. She kicked some butt (note the last mile of her run was at an 8:14 pace on the trail - damn).
Just what the doctor ordered - great day to be on the trail as it was drying up by the minute - no drones (deerflies) and there were pockets of fresh air throughout the trail - great company and just a stellar run. I feel refreshed and ready for the end-of-week festivities.
