Nice night for this - was really nervous about this one coming off my last long and feeling a bit tired. The damn wind didn't help - made my first two intervals VERY hard. I gave this all I had and still couldn't get em on pace. Wow. Last two were right on, but still work. This was hard, but I survived and feel good about this effort.
