Ran battle road trail from Concord to Lexington - what a treat. Beautiful day and ran at a good effort. No watch (forgot the damn thing) - thank God for mile markers along the trail.
I love this run and used to do it when I was living in Acton. Great day for it. Nice work.

Thanks Steve. Yeah, I seem to run well there - but the history buff in me always wants to stop and admire (plus dinner at the Chateau in Waltham after is the best motivation)....

@ the Chateau, order the Chicken Parm sandwich but ask for it on the Italian bread and tell them, "you know, the way you guys use to make it". It's killer and they will do it for you if you ask. Also, try to sit next to DeNiro or Vinny Babarino. Those 2 paintings are the best.

oh - not fair reading this right before lunch - their bread is to die for (I ate half a loaf last night)... LOL, you gotta love the classic Chateau ambiance, part it's charm.
