Ahhh - oh how I love long runs outside. Nice run and great to get outside for the first time this week. Little bit of dumbassness at the end, not so smart - oh well.
The last few miles of the 109 out and back are officially known as the confidence builder. It's almost hard to avoid at least some dumbassery. Nice work.

I did. Back now. Brought back a nice head cold with me so I'm glued to the couch temporarily. Woohoo.
