Man, this went real well. Didn't struggle at all and the pace felt OK (I didn't have to play the watch starring game as badly). The last mile of my intervals I ran to feel and went a bit too fast. But, it was nice to get this kind of result on my last LT run before Chicago. Boy, the first three of these were much more effort to hold pace that's for sure. Great morning for a run, Mousam Lake looked beautiful as the sun was rising - well worth getting up early.
