Nice aerobic run - no issues with my lingering Popliteus strain (but sore none the less still) and good to get this one in before the heat and rain today (Sorry AC for blowing you off this afternoon).
Eventful start to this one - got out there at O' dark 30 and made a right up the hill from the Y. Started to trudge up the hill and get the Ol' Diesel going and to my left no more than 3 feet away, 2 Coons thought it would be a good idea to tag along and keep me company. They were literally running with me, until I freaked out and scared em' away - yikes, I almost crawled through my skin (would have been a funny sight for sure). Look out Speedboat, you got company!
The rest of this one was sloth-like and uneventful other than the last 1.5 or so when I met up with Mike to finish off the run - he was haulin' ass this morning.
