Good run as far a treadmills go - 3x1 mile intervals at 7:03 (8.5 speed) (.25 mile rest in between at 8:34) with 1 mile warm up and cool down at 8:34 (7.0 speed) and a little .5 mile pick up at the end so I could get back to work. Nice to see Cuch and Rob as well. Plantar still a bit tight, but loosened up.
