Not happening.... extended time off, grrrrr!!!
Don't know the extent. My suggestions - heat ice alternate several times a day, and duct tape the whole hammy for easy runs if you need to run, seriously. If you need aerobic use a stationary bike, no hills, just flat and spinning.
It will heal before Chicago and nothing you do in the next three weeks will help you. No more speedwork even if you are feeling better.
