Did the workout with cody. Rest was probably closer to 3:30 but I still felt like I had a solid workout. Now if I could just race like I do my workouts. I had this problem in college as well. I didnt really know where to be at at my first mile because I wanted to get faster each rep. I think I ran it pretty good. Legs felt good. I really need to work on my abs and core because it is messing up my form. I also need to do something about this ingrown toenail because it is starting to look pretty nasty.
