Ran the workout with Jarrod on the Track. Started at the 100m line, after each interval we jogged back to the start and rested for another 20-25 seconds. Most of the time our rest was under a minute and was never over a minute. First 5 or 6 felt real easy then I started to feel it. WInd was blowing pretty good on the back straight. I really liked this workout. I got it out of a book, the book said Coach Wetmore used this to test his runners fitness levels and would run it a couple of times a season. Hip was still bugging me but im going to try to get a couple more races in before I take a week off.
