Ok I havent posted in a while but I have been running but I havent really been doing any sort of workouts and I havent really been to consistent . I ran a 5k time trial on the track last week with some of the guys on the team, I ran a 16:33. Today Jarrod ran 10 with me and I ran the last 2 solo. The last couple of miles were pretty quick. I felt better today but my stomach was still a bit messed up. I really do not like the time change because it is dark by the time I get off work and most of my runnning is done on the roads.
