Post 9 hour car ride fun. Left hammy was especially tight but that was probably from the car ride so ill see how it feels tomorrow. stopped at the hoepfner's and said hello to lisa and ran into connor flack playing pokemon go. meant to be 3.5 miles but accidentally missed my first two turn offs and decided i'd go a bit further.
