RFR7: Foundation Run (Target = 50min)
Took yesterday off due to my mother-in-law's birthday party and some aggravation in my left calf/achilles/ankle area. I was really worried at the beginning of this run because had lots of pain over the 1st mile. I focused hard on warming up prior to starting and doing lots of foam roller, but didn't seem to help. However, I picked things up for a ~5K for time within today's run. I'm thrilled to have run 7:30+ pace! Backed off after that and just eased back to the house.
